Farewell February...

I think I’ve newly reawakened a long-dormant skill.

Procrastination.

This month has been insanely busy with work, football schedules, and book events. So much so that I’m cramming a newsletter in on the very last day of the month because, well, promises.

Don’t worry. I’ll make it worth your while.

I had originally planned to have a fun little side quest completed by this point, but alas, my well laid plans often go awry. That’s probably why it’s so easy to write similar circumstances into my stories. 🤔

Before I get to the fun stuff, a few quick updates:

1. I’ve had two book events that were insanely fun and overwhelmingly encouraging. Thank you SO MUCH to those that attended and supported me. I think gushing about books and chatting with readers at book fairs is one of my new favorite hobbies. 🫶🏼 (And coming from this introvert, that’s saying A LOT.)

2. I’m over halfway done with a final read through of Revealing Fate. My goal is to be finished with final edits and formatting in the next two weeks. My blurb is done. My cover will be finalized in April. We are on track for a September release. Blessings.

3. Speaking of release, I don’t have an exact date yet, but you’ll be the first to know when I do. I’m thinking mid-September. Fall vibes, friends. I can tell you that Felíne and Kal have left the desert in book two. A fall release will be fitting…🍁🍃😏

4. I make no promises on next month’s newsletter. I’m having surgery and am unsure what the recovery will look like. All good things and it won’t affect our schedule for book two. If anything, I hope it’ll give me some time off work to focus on advancing my project timelines!

5. February has been a record month for me as far as book sales. It is positively surreal to see reports that people from all over the globe are reading my book. SURREAL. I am so humbled and positively bursting with gratitude. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Okay. Now for fun. I won’t be doing a full cover reveal until early summer, BUT, I can give you a teaser! I honestly can’t wait to share. I might like RF’s cover better than CF. 🫣 I’ll let you be the judge. But for now, here’s your little sneak peek.
